All B2B orders are processed only after confirmation of product style, quantity, size ratio, colour selection, billing details, shipping details, and payment terms.
Once goods are dispatched from our warehouse, returns, cancellations, or exchanges will not be accepted for B2B or wholesale orders.
In case of a genuine manufacturing defect or dispatch error, the buyer must inform Breclo® within 48 hours of receiving goods with clear photos or videos.
Minor differences in shade, texture, or appearance may occur due to natural fabric character, photography, lighting, or screen display. These are not treated as defects.
Before confirming an order, buyers must check sizes, colours, product details, quantity, delivery address, contact number, and GST or billing details where applicable.
Dispatch timelines may vary based on order quantity, stock availability, packing schedule, and delivery location. Tracking details will be shared wherever applicable.
By placing a B2B order with Breclo®, the buyer agrees that wholesale orders are final once dispatched, except in case of verified manufacturing defect or dispatch error from Breclo®.
