Breclo® will not be responsible for indirect losses, business loss, loss of profit, delivery delays caused by third-party courier or transport services, or issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.
Product images, colours, fabric texture, and appearance may slightly vary due to photography, lighting, screen settings, or natural fabric characteristics. Such minor variations will not be considered defects.

Any dispute related to Breclo® B2B orders, website use, or wholesale transactions shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction as mentioned by Breclo® in its official business records.
